Not much to write this week, other than to let you know we’re all heads down working to put the fourth issue of Gazetteer San Francisco to bed. Bedtime isn’t easy for this rambunctious little scamp: news keeps breaking, illustrations keep coming in, and we keep wanting to add more to the mix. Every time I think we’ve got the issue nestled into bed, it jumps up to play.
I can’t say much about what’s in the issue except to tell you that it’s excellent. There’s a Q&A almost guaranteed to make you laugh and a profile that might make you cry. There’s also a philosophical inquiry that may make you think about your inner life differently.
In other words, it’s everything you could want from a publication: humor, heart, ideas, and, of course, the fun page. Look for issue four in early September. As always, you can get a copy at our newsstand on Market and First Streets or from one of our drop spots across the city. Or, if you really wanna be sure to get it, you can subscribe.
