<p>Carlos Dengler is a multi-instrumentalist, record producer, actor and writer-at-large based in Troy, NY and New York City. He has written for <em>Compact</em>, <em>n +1</em>, <em>Tablet</em> and others. In the 2000s he cofounded the rock group Interpol and performed as their bassist and keyboardist.</p>
